A full reflexology treatment, to ease some of the stress and anxiety that the body and mind holds. Extra attention is given to reflexes that support our nervous system, to help bring us back towards calm. This can be booked as a one-off single treatment for existing, or new clients.

Reflexology consultation (pre block-booking)

This 75-minute treatment includes time for a consultation; for those clients wishing to receive weekly or fortnightly treatments to focus on more specific health concerns. We will have a little consultation to discuss your intake form & understand your needs and to make a treatment plan that suits you.

HOLISTIC MASSAGE

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

A favourite of all clients, targeting the back, neck and shoulders (arms & hands optional).

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage is harmonising & balancing for the soul. It improves mood and energy, releasing emotional & physical tension. Some people require dynamic, reinvigorating physical work, some need quietness, others need balancing & grounding. For a full body, a 90 minute is often preferred to allow time for all details without rush.

Restorative ‘Gentling’ Massage
90 min ~ £115
A more restorative focus, with a lighter touch, embedding some pauses, compressions & still touch into a holistic massage treatment; to help you access feelings of balance and inner strength. Good for times of burnout, exhaustion, nervousness, sadness, bereavement or who are coming back from illness ~ some gentle encouragement.

Indian Head Massage, seated
30 min ~ £45
Performed seated in a chair with a wrap placed around one's torso, the scalp, neck and shoulders are massaged using a variety of techniques. Traditional champissage is combined with finger combing, scalp lifting, rubbing, gentle hair tugging, and more ‘enlivening’ vigorous movements. Some oil is used, residue will be left around the nape hairline.


Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage

A peaceful massage that is beneficial for mother and baby.
This is a wonderful opportunity to lay down and experience some relaxation time before your baby arrives, to relieve discomfort on aching joints, soften any anxiety and renew your energy.

The beautiful organic skin-nourishing ‘mother’s massage oil’ is used, infused with neroli & mandarin & vitamin E to relax & uplift. New mothers who require a well-deserved postnatal treat this is for you too!

All of my prices are transparent
They reflect my training, experience and my no-rush approach in my sessions. I like to create a ‘spaciousness’ for each client and attempt to give as much hands-on time within the session time. Please arrive a little early for your appointment to use the bathroom or complete a consultation form if you have not completed one before. Unfortunately if you are late, your session time will be shorter.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours
Please let me know as early as possible if you wish to reschedule. If you booked online this can be done by you. Appointments cannot be changed/ cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment without full charge. Payment is required prior to treatment, to reduce no-shows, not because I want your card details :)
