REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology for Relaxation  
60 min / 75 min
A full reflexology treatment, to ease some of the stress and anxiety that the body and mind holds, which can be booked as a one-off single treatment for existing, or new clients. Extra attention is given to reflexes that support our nervous system, to help bring us back towards calm. 

Reflexology consultation (pre block-booking)  
90 min
This 90-minute treatment includes some extra time for a consultation; for clients wishing to receive weekly or fortnightly treatments; to focus on more specific health concerns, such as acute stress and anxiety, gut issues, insomnia, or menstrual imbalances, or peri-menopause.

Reflexology for Menopause
60 min / 75 min
60 and 75 minute treatments incorporating advanced reflexology techniques to support with transitional phases in a women's life. This is best received as a package of 4 or 8 sessions, plus maintenance sessions.
A helpful information booklet will be emailed with each menopause package.

A full 60-minute reflexology treatment for anyone who has visited me before.

HOLISTIC MASSAGE

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage  
60 min
A favourite of all clients, targeting the back, neck and shoulders (arms & hands optional).

Holistic Massage  
60 min / 90 min
Holistic massage is harmonising & balancing for the soul. It improves mood and energy, releasing emotional & physical tension. Some people require dynamic, reinvigorating physical work, some need quietness, others need balancing & grounding. For a full body, a 90 minute is often preferred to allow time for all details without rush.

Restorative ‘Gentling’ Light Touch Session  
90 min / 120 min
A more restorative focus, with a light touch, embedding pauses, compressions & still presence into a holistic treatment; to help you access feelings of comfort, balance and inner strength. Good for times of burnout, exhaustion, nervousness, sadness, bereavement or who are coming back from illness ~ some gentle encouragement.

Indian Head Massage, seated   
30 min
Performed seated in a chair with a wrap placed around one's torso, the scalp, neck and shoulders are massaged using a variety of techniques. Traditional champissage is combined with finger combing, scalp lifting, rubbing, gentle hair tugging, and more ‘enlivening’ vigorous movements. Some oil is used, residue will be left around the nape hairline.


Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage  
60 min /  75 min
A peaceful massage that is beneficial for mother and baby.
This is a wonderful opportunity to lay down and experience some relaxation time before your baby arrives, to relieve discomfort on aching joints, soften any anxiety and renew your energy.

The beautiful organic skin-nourishing ‘mother’s massage oil’ is used, infused with neroli & mandarin & vitamin E to relax & uplift. New mothers who require a well-deserved postnatal treat this is for you too!

Seated scalp, neck & shoulder massage, followed by a laying massage on
arms, hands & feet massage.

Some appointment times may need to be adjusted by 15-30 minutes if booked online to meet room schedule.

All of my prices are transparent
They reflect my training, experience and my no-rush approach in my sessions. I like to create a ‘spaciousness’ for each client and attempt to give as much hands-on time within the session time as possible. Please arrive a little early for your appointment to use the bathroom or complete a consultation form (if you have not completed one before). Unfortunately if you are late, your session time will be shorter. Prices are set £5 higher at NYR by the company due to rates.

Rudolf Steiner House ~ sound layers
This is a creative, multi-use venue, adjoining Marylebone Theatre, with a cafe, bookshop, plus varied events and groups work there. The therapy room is not always a completely quiet space - we can occasionally hear echoes of singing, dancing, old school piano playing, courses in adjoining spaces. It is however a friendly, calming safe space, with a good soul, which many clients love. If you are relaxed in ‘living buildings’, please do book in!

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours
Please let me know as early as possible if you wish to reschedule to avoid paying the full appointment fee. If you book online this can be done by you. Appointments cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment without full charge, as they are hard to fill at short notice.
Payment is required prior to treatment, to reduce no-shows, (not because I want your card details). I am treating everyone fairly & with confidentiality. Most of all ~ I welcome you to rest and enjoy this time out.
